Thank you for your interest. The seasonal lot rental is a very reasonable $1,700. Or yearly is $2,400
paid up front or $210 monthly. The taxes for last year were only $7.01 because only the car port and
the shed are taxed. The park model has been grandfathered in.

WiFi and water are free in this park.

The electric is paid to our park manager each mo. It varied from a low of around $17 the warmest
mo. to about $124 in a coldest mo. The average will be about $75. The park model is equipped
with central air and a heat strip was installed to replace a small propane furnace that died. The heat
strip is much quieter and costs quite a bit less for heating than the propane furnace did.

The only propane use is for the gas range. So 2 75lb. tanks will probably last several seasons.

Cable is not included.
